The Process

VENUE SOURCING

Our agency has our own database of event spaces, accumulated over 5 years of work. We will help you choose a venue for your wedding, as well as places for rehearsal gatherings, showers and photo sessions.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We develop an individual wedding day concept in two directions: visual and scenario. This item includes work with overall decor and zoning of the venue, working with the venue and vendors, participating in creation of a unique wedding scenario and its harmonious visual design.

VENDOR SOURCING AND MANAGEMENT

We recommend only the best professionals. We manage the contracts, prepare the accompanying documentation with each contractor, launch the preparation processes (drawing up the technical specification), monitor the progress of work until the final result.

TIMELINE

Our agency will help to make the holiday unforgettable: we know where to find a choreographer for staging a wedding dance, decorate the evening with live music or an artistic show, come up with appropriate interactions and organize special effects, fireworks, confetti and much more. We also undertake work with riders, technical support and logistics!

MENU AND CAKE

We help with tasting dishes and drawing up a menu, solve questions about a buffet set up and alcohol order. In accordance with the created concept of the wedding, we help designing the cake, considering serving count.

WEDDING PAPERIE

This step implies working with printed products of different formats: invitations and accompanying cards, banquet printing materials (menus, name cards and seating plan, table numbers), graphic decor elements (welcome-board, calligraphy kit for shooting the morning of the bride, vows design), guestbook, thank you cards and so on.

TRANSFER AND LOGISTICS

Here we cover the transportation logistics before the wedding, as well as on the day of itself: deliveries, transfer for the couple and bridal party, guest transfer, taxi, etc.

THE FASHION

Depending on the style of the wedding, we help the couple to create harmonious looks: this includes the selection of dresses and suits, shoes, hairstyles, accessories and details. We design looks for bridesmaids and friends of the groom, as well as form a recommended dress code for guests in accordance with the color scheme and format of the holiday.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

We always make sure to cover several aspects of wedding day set up and timeline coordination process, so rest assured to have at least two coordinators at the site. We will monitor following: control of the set up/breakdown processes, the work of maintenance personnel and vendors at the site, meeting guests, solving any issues on the spot.
