Tess's journey into wedding planning began in a surprising way. With a background in non-profit and government sectors, she managed a variety of functions, including risk management, account management, and B2B and G2G event planning. When it came time to plan her own wedding in just one month, she discovered a passion for event planning. After moving to Houston, Tess transitioned her project management expertise into the wedding industry. Now, as a wedding planner in Houston and Austin, she thrives on helping clients create personalized, beautiful events that reflect their unique styles and stories.

Sierra's path into the events industry began while managing two wedding venues, where she discovered a passion for helping clients bring their vision to life. What started as part of her role quickly grew into a career she loved, leading her to become a lead planner and designer, launch her own event agency, and ultimately join forces with Épris Events. Over the years, Sierra has developed a love for both planning and design, combining creativity with a thoughtful, client-focused approach. She enjoys getting to know each client, understanding their vision, and transforming ideas into experiences that feel intentional, personal, and thoughtfully executed. Known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and creative eye, Sierra strives to make the planning process feel seamless and enjoyable while creating celebrations that leave a lasting impression.
